Terms of service:

Payment:
I usually ask for a 50% down-payment for projects under CAD 750. The balance can be paid upon completion.

For projects over CAD 750, I usually ask for a 30% down-payment, followed by 30% mid way through the project and the balance 40% upon completion.

Service agreement:
I am willing to look at the client's service contract or can provide one, which needs to be agreed to before I commence work.

Deadlines:
Turnaround time for shorter projects of upto 1000 words is 48 hours, including research time. For larger and more complex projects, we can agree to a deadline in advance. All deadlines will be met.

Payment methods:
I accept payment via pay pal or by cheque for BC clients.
